Get comfortable with your agent. Ask any questions you have about the process or market. Below are some examples of questions you may want to ask.

Buying or Renting a Property

  • What schools are in the area?
  • What’s the crime rate?
  • Where are the places of worship?
  • Are there shopping malls close by?
  • What are some entertainment venues in the area?
  • What’s the median price in the markets I want to search?

Selling or Renting Your Property

  • How do you plan on marketing the listing?
  • Will you communicate with me?
  • Do you work with buyers in this price range?
